Nestled in the hamlet of Cornwallville, tucked into the Durham Valley of Greene County within site of the Catskill Mountains, Spirit Song Yoga & Healing is located 50 minutes from Albany and 2 hours from NYC. The area is a perfect place to vacation, rest, relax and renew oneself while taking a class or two.  To schedule an appointment or class, please contact us.  Appointments are taken for evenings, weekends and on Fridays from the end of May to the end of July.
